Robocorp Bot : Grade Management Bot
This video demonstrates the Grade Management Automation using Robocorp.
Here the bot does the following:
The bot will generate the grade report for each student based on semester marks and finally mail them with the Grade, GPA, percentage, Total Marks.
Steps
1. Bot will open the Grade Management APP
2. Bot will take each student details from the excel file comprising of Name, Father Name, ID, Dept and the marks obtained in each subjects
3. These details are then inputted to the App and result button is clicked to get the Grade, GPA, Percentage, Total .
4. The bot will extract the above details and will email the respective students with the details.
By developing the bot using Robocorp and learned new things too:
a. Desktop Automation using Robocorp
b. Email Automation using Robocorp
c. Securing credentials data using vault feature
