Machines adjusting, angle grinder by Sovelmash
The Sovelmash project is developing not only in the construction of DDTC. At the same time, unnoticeable but no less important work is going on. In particular, the company is creating an automated line for the production of motors, working on developments and products.
In the new video, Sovelmash's Deputy CEO for Public Relations, Alexander Sudarev, and the company's leading developer, Evgeny Duyunov, talk about how preparations for production of motors with Slavyanka technology are progressing, what difficulties were faced and how they were overcome.
The automatic line where general purpose electric motors of 100 frame size with Slavyanka combined windings will be produced is being finalised. The machine that performs the installation of slot insulation is already ready for work. So are the machines for intermediate and final forming. The next stage is the final adjustment of the machine for winding coils insertion.
After the trial run of the line and the production of the first motors, preparations will begin for their laboratory testing to confirm all characteristics.
