過去三年，疫情不似預期，香港不斷在病毒、恐慌、失序、失去、停頓中𡚒力地「如常過活」。但在全球看似一切停擺，不再互動的狀態下，我們如何在大流行的陰霾中掙扎共存？四位導演，四段故事，一個個有血肉的人物，組成一個半小時的「動態Rolling」短片節目，讓觀眾隨著他們的鏡頭運轉，道盡疫境無常，喜怒哀樂。
「繼續拍」"Keep Rolling"的意義，就像不滅的創作種子，在最艱難的時刻撒遍大地，我們希望跟觀眾一起，留一口氣，靜待花開。
In the past three years, the epidemic has not been as expected, Hong Kong has continued to live “as usual” amid the virus, panic, disorder, loss, and suspension. But how do we struggle to co-exist in the shadow of a pandemic when the world seems to be shut down and no longer interacting?
Four directors portrait several flesh-and-blood characters in four stories, to form a one and a half hour program: "Dynamic Rolling", in which allows the audience to move with the directors’ cameras, telling the story of the impermanence of the epidemic, joys and sorrows.
"Keep Rolling - Independent Filmmaking Project“ is like throwing a handful of seeds of hope, the flowers will be blossom.

In the context of library cooperation we are in close cooperation with library and information institutions in Hongkong, China and Germany to promote the professional exchange.
