Doctor Brown (Back to the Future/Doctor Who Crossover)

This year I began watching Doctor Who, and it has become part of my head-canon that Doc Brown is one of the Doctor's repressed identities (similar to the War Doctor) this is how I think a theory like this would be advertised if introduced into the main canon.
I don't own Back to the Future or Doctor Who.
