KubeDB brings support for monitoring Pgpool clusters using Prometheus & Grafana! Pgpool is one of the most widely used proxies for PostgreSQL, and Prometheus is a popular way to monitor Pgpool. In this webinar, we are going to discuss how to set up Pgpool monitoring using Prometheus. We will use Prometheus to pull metrics from Pgpool and then visualize the important metrics on some Grafana dashboards.
Here is a sneak preview of the webinar:
Highlights of what KubeDB is offering for Pgpool clusters in the latest release
Discussion about how KubeDB manages Pgpool monitoring
Demonstrate the required manifest for provisioning Pgpool
Set up Prometheus and Grafana
Deploy Pgpool cluster with monitoring enabled
Import the KubeDB-built Grafana dashboard
