Uploading flat files to Amazon?
The main thing is to make sure that there are no glaring errors that will affect (and break) any existing listings that you have, but if they are all brand new listings, it should simplify things, just make sure that they are all new listings/EAN's etc before you upload.
There will be errors when you upload... no matter what you do, there will always be errors, this is due to the fact that Amazon's backend systems change so frequently that their own systems are out of sync/broken and always produce errors.
After the file is successfully uploaded you'll be presented with a "Error Report" spreadsheet to download, simply download the sheet "fix" the highlighted errors (usually explained in the sheet!) and the re-upload, and you should be good.
