AC2000 Room Booking solution using CEM Systems emerald Intelligent Access Terminals and Microsoft Outlook uniquely enables company meeting rooms to be booked via the AC2000 access control system. Users can conveniently book or edit meeting rooms from their Microsoft Outlook exchange calendar or directly on the emerald terminal at the door upon a valid ID card swipe. This removes the cost of a separate room booking system.
