【FGO TA】 Full Power Beast III\R 7T ft. Kama
Basically script is to remove Def Up with CC (on Nightingale in this run) and also to gen some stars on 3rd turn (ideally via Quick Chain) to break Kiara with NP+Q crit on 4th turn. This would save plugsuit's Charisma and Asclepius 3rd skil for later, but as you can see it's not mandatory.
It should be possible to do this with some actual buffer instead of Asclepius, with Reines' 3rd skill Kama has 56% Debuff Resist and it can be abused if your Kama is too weak.
Also I didn't try this many times, but Waver's NP seems to drain Kiara, so Waver can't substitute Reines in this script.
