It was a perfect day to get outside and enjoy that bright sunshine.

In my quest for adventure and fun I walk on frozen water in Cootes paradise.
As I wander across the frozen marshlands I train tai chi, Arnis, Sinawali.
I also find a cool but rough patch of ice pathways to go skating at Princess point.
