Taro Matcha Bubble Tea | @ramenbowl_t
Hey loves ♡ It’s been awhile! I get lots of questions asked how I make my Bubble Tea on IG (@ramenbowl_t) and I finally filmed it for you guys ^^ NOT only that, but in this video I’m demonstrating how I cook my Tapioca Pearls :3 Hope you like it! Here is what you’ll need:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Tapioca Pearls
3.5 cups Water
Maple Syrup for Tapioca Pearls
10 gr Matcha Powder
25 gr~ Taro Powder
70~ ml Boiling Water
200~ ml Milk
Ice
~ How I cook my Tapioca Pearls ~
Instructions:
1. Pour water
2. Pour Tapioca Pearls into a cup & set aside
3. Boil water & carefully pour Tapioca pearls
4. Stir occasionally
5. Once Tapioca Pearls float, boil for 15 minutes on medium-high heat
6. After 15 mins, remove from the heat & let it sit for 15 mins (with a lid on)
7. Drain Tapioca Pearls and gently wash it with cold water
8. Pour Maple Syrup/honey/brown sugar on top of Tapioca so they don't stick (also for the flavor)
9. Set aside
~ Taro & Matcha preps ~
1. Prepare two separate bowls, spoon, whisk & sifter
2. In a bowl, SIFT Matcha powder (IMPORTANT STEP)
3. Pour hot water & whisk until bubbles appear
4. Repeat with Taro powder in another bowl
5. Set aside
6. Assemble everything in cute jars
7. Enjoy! 😋
