Skillet Stuffed Turkish Borek (Quick and Easy Recipe)
Hello, today I prepared a recipe for börek (or bourek as some of you say) based on minced meat and cheese and which is super quick and easy to prepare because it is cooked in a pan!
It is really easy to make and is perfect for the morning or evening meal as an accompaniment, A killer.
This recipe is really very delicious, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, to test absolutely!

🔴Recipe:
500 gr sheet of filo (baklava dough) 18 sheets
200 g minced meat
1 onion
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon of salt
half a teaspoon of pepper
3 slices of cheese
200 g of melted butter
