Lets talk about it! With our ability to connect through social media, Zoom and so much more our networking possibilities have really expanded. We are no longer just limited to our own companies, cites or even countries.
When you are part of a minority group in your field or company this can be extremely impactful and even be the reason you finally feel seen in your profession.
