With a background in Public Health Nursing, she brings a holistic approach to the tech space and is deeply committed to uplifting other small business owners. Her company Proactive Network Consulting provides IT support services and technology consulting for small businesses in the SF Bay Area.
Theresa E Gonzales is the CEO and Producer of Podcast, Latinas From The Block To The Board Room and small business consulting firm, Latinasb2b.marketing. From the Central Valley to the Silicon Valley, her journey towards 18 years of technology experience by working for companies such as Facebook, Google, Oracle, Dell brought her purpose to leverage her Silicon Valley knowledge towards marginalized communities change makers and the new majority business owners. Her podcast brings an audio social impact perspective and empowerment experience for all women of color, allies, but mostly a change narrative for our communities through technology search platforms.. She has also been on the Board of Girls Inc and The Calculus Roundtable here in the Bay Area of California.
