The aim of the program " Matzuva connected"is to get residents living near to each other to know their (sometimes new) neighbors ,getting them more involved in kibbutz life and help each other in times of need.
(it is a fact that some kibbutz members prefer not to take part in activities organized for them and rather stay in their homes)
