HP BIOS Fan bug - but worse [fixed in F25]

0:00 - Skin temperature not reporting
0:35 - putting to sleep?
1:08 - hibernate, still not working.
3:06 - Restarting
4:00 - Still at 100c with no fan
5:09 - Force shutdown
6:50 - Still no temp sensor and no fan.
7:24 - Enter bios to see if fan runs in BIOS
7:45 - Fan off in BIOS
8:14 - Fan test in BIOS to prove fan works
9:05 - Trying HP Methods to fix BIOS Force shutdown
10:54 - No fan, no sensor.
11:02 - CMOS Reset
12:23 - Still no fan running despite machine very hot
12:39 - BIOS Recovery
13:47 - Fans running at 100% during BIOS Recovery
14:37 - BIOS Verification completes
16:48 - Still no temperature sensor
17:27 - Still on F24 BIOS
18:06 - Skin temperature sensor all connected and present
18:21 - Removing battery
19:29 - CMOS reset successful
19:38 - Fan running!!
20:38 - Still F24 BIOS
20:45 - Skin temperature reporting!
21:05 - Clean the laptop insides slightly
21:40 - Skin temperature sensor still working
Please can we get this fixed HP! Every BIOS update that claims to 'Improve System Stability' seems to ruin it.
