PMBO 2014 Update 4 (Atmospheric ions & ground rod)
18v!!! 3 times the collectors (12) and running it during peak sunlight hours (11am-3pm) made a huge difference.
This ion collection system can be improved on in many ways, moistening the ground rod soil, better insulation, using nano-spikes (graphite powder) on the collectors, etc... but I don't have time right now as I am in the middle of moving. I will stick to 18v for the PMBO this year.
