This is a very useful feature for WordPress administrators to prevent any unwanted issues with their sites, due to a plugin being updated by another admin mistakenly or automatically by WordPress. We have seen this many times, a plugin update, a newer version of a plugin breaks backward compatibility and breaks the site. You can use the lock plugin feature from Eazy Plugin Manager to prevent such cases.
To use this feature, head to your plugins area in your WordPress admin panel and notice the “Lock Plugin” link under each of your installed plugins. If you click on this link, that plugin will be locked and cannot be updated, activated, deactivated, or deleted by any other admins. Automatic updates will also stop for this plugin. The most interesting thing is that only the admin who locked this plugin can unlock it!
