After a little toying around on the IMG tool i edited some mods, the pants he wears I didn't make, but I gave them a different model
I call it Goth CJ
I have many mods on, including the HatchetMan chain, new weapons (Most by GRIM), beta Gang members, and CLEO Script, with GTA IV effects. Only one seen in this is cop surrender
