Permaculture was born as a response to the damaging effects of conventional agriculture, soaring oil prices and an understnaidng that our culture was not sustainable in Australia in the 1970s. Initially about land care and working with nature, it has evolved to become a global movement that holds true to its origins but has developed different approaches to land and community in different countries and cultures. How will it evolve and grow? What characterises its (r)evolutionary path?

Aranya, author of Permaculture Design Step By Step, Delvin Solkinson, co-founder of Visionary Permaculture, and Maddy Harland from Permaculture magazine explore three different futures for permaculture, all complimentary: Making peace, creative design, and biodiversity and rewilding.
