In this video, we’ll highlight Smartsheet’s new feature allowing you to manually run a workflow.
QA checks are an essential step that’s why we are so pleased with Smartsheet’s new feature release. “Run Workflow Now” allows you to manually trigger a workflow without having to wait for specific trigger criteria but still keeping any additional conditional blocks.
This allows us the option to test our workflow actions after creation to assure functionality. You can even choose to send notifications to yourself instead of the designated recipient for testing purposes.
