StrAlign | Understanding User Weighting
In this video we introduce the concept of user weighting within the StrAlign platform, which assigns values to users to determine their influence in decision-making processes.
User weighting, expressed as a percentage, dictates the degree of influence a user has when voting on ideas, projects, or opportunities. User weights are administered via the admin panel, typically on a scale of 1 to 5 but customizable based on organizational needs.
Users utilize the rating interface to assess projects against predefined goals, with their influence reflected in rankings. The system offers insights into project progression over time.
