In ‘Kundalini Bodywork’ we learn to work with the spine in our advanced level 2 trainings, both in-person and online.
In my mind spiritual development and acts of rightful living should come before working with the spine too deeply if we are to realise our full potential through the cultivation and management of energy which activates kundalini, while kundalini is not static or quantifiable it is a paradoxical force that brings us into harmony with the paradoxical nature of reality.
