Process to schedule an email on Your Computer
1.On your computer, go to Gmail Gmail.
2.At the top left, click Compose.
3.Create your email.
4.At the bottom left next to "Send," click More send options More send options.
5.Click Schedule send.
Note: You can have up to 100 scheduled emails.
View or change scheduled emails
1.On your computer, go to Gmail Gmail.
2.At the left panel, click Scheduled Scheduled.
3.Select the email you want to change.
4.At the top right of your email, click Cancel send.
5.Create your changes.
6.At the bottom left next to "Send," click More send options More send options.
7.Click Schedule send and select a new date and time.
