Juanelo is the Barrio, where Adonis Panter Calderón grew up and in this episode, he explains some historical concepts about this special location on the outskirts of Havana.
Things have changed a lot since then but I want to provide some context about what I met during the first years of filming his impressive career and the project La Rumba no va a Morir together with his cousin Natividad Calderón.
Some of the kids and adults at the party are family, some are friends from the Barrio. The Rumba took place in front of Natys place, legendary in the Barrio.
