Backend events are a way to add additional server side logic to your sites when visitors complete different actions. In this video you will learn the differences between Wix Automations and Backend Events and write a simple backend event for sending a triggered email when a stores order is refunded. To complete purchases on Wix Stores, a premium plan is required.
