Fix UHD TV Horizontal lines
In this video, horizontal lines flickering are seen in SkyWorth UHD TV(LG panel LC430EGY-SKM3).
For this we used small piece of paper to block gate lines and solved
the issue. This is the only way for gate signals to stop internal short/spark with glass substrate.
