Check first whether the sim card is working and active or not
Also check whether the sim network has been configured properly
1. Restart Your Android Device
3. Reset your network settings
4. Select Network Operators Manually
5. Check Your Sim Card physically
6. Restart the phone , enter the sim toolkit, force stop , go to storage and clear the cache and storage and also give all app permissions
7. At last if nothing works then - Restore Factory Settings
