Pokemon in Valorant.
Both teams must Roulette Sage at the start of the game and whoever ends up getting Sage on each team is the designated Trainer. The Trainers job is to guide the team and make all the decisions during the game. But there's a catch. The Trainers are only allowed to send 1 player out at a time while the rest of the team stays in spawn. As soon as the player dies, the Sage then send out a new player to join the fight.
