Wake PC from Sleep using Mouse and Keyboard in Windows
If your computer does not wake up when you press a key on your keyboard or mouse, the problem is most likely in the Device Manager settings.
Select the Mouse or Keyboard device in the Device Manager. Then select Power Management tab. Next, enable the Allow This Device to Wake the Computer option.
