An established organization hires a person to lead.
Over the next decade, a second person, with experience, is hired...and departs after around a year. It didn't work out.
Later, a third person, also with solid experience, is hired...and departs after around a year. Bad chemistry?
Some time passes. Maybe the organization needs to try another approach. So they go to colleges, and hire a young single person and a couple. This third round are all ready to move on within around a year, precipitating a full-on crisis.
Question: why is the leader beset with such a bad organization?
