e-Passport Pre-enrollment form भर्न खोज्दा आइहरेको समस्या।
We as a citizen of Nepal are facing serious issue as we are not able to fill up the form to process e-Passport because the site server is not able to handle the load that it is getting from users' traffic.
The department seems to open the appointment token at 4:30PM but the site (https://emrtds.nepalpassport.gov.np/) do not load from 4PM itself. Even if one is able to catch a token in the busy schedule, he/she will not be able to complete the form and download it as it crashes on the way to the final step. Personally, I have been trying to fill out my Pre-enrollment form since days back but I am not able to get my form completed though I have sufficient internet speed. This issue must have caused a headache to all the citizens trying from their home without paying those brokers in front of the department.
