Offset bunker saved by insufficient stability
I think what happens here is that by placing it from the bottom it attaches to the offset roofs which dont provide enough stability and it breaks but placing it from the top it attaches to the half wall under it.
If there was enough stability to hold the frame attached to the roof it would break the bunker mechanism to open it.
