1. Used for synchronous CNC corner assembly of the four corners of aluminum alloy doors and windows.
2. The feeding section, corner forming section, and discharging end are conveyed by synchronous belts of equal height and speed, and servo opening and closing can realize continuous corner forming processing of doors and windows.
3. The unique external corner auxiliary compression component can realize multiple functions such as angle lead-in, continuous impact angle positioning, external corner positioning, upper compression group corner positioning, and push-out after corner assembly.
4. The inner corner positioning adopts a pneumatic lifting design. When the frame comes in and out, the inner corner positioning device is hidden under the work table, which can realize fast and smooth loading and unloading.
5. The two corner knives for a single corner are driven by forward and reverse ball screw servo, which ensures good synchronization of the knives. It adopts servo torque control to ensure the depth and accuracy of the knife.
6. The whole machine uses 17 servo motors to drive ball screws and cooperates with precision linear guides to achieve high automation and high movement accuracy.
7. Equipped with an industrial computer for control and applying data interaction technology, it can be equipped with upstream and downstream equipment such as sawing centers and sawing and milling centers to realize assembly line operations.
