How to Put PowerPoint in Presentation Mode Quickly
This video will show the three ways to put your PowerPoint presentation into Presentation mode, for displaying to a kiosk or meeting.
The purpose of this video is to show the three ways of starting your presentation in PowerPoint, from the EDIT view.
So many folks have a difficult time going from the initial EDIT view to SLIDESHOW view. Sometimes it can take one or two precious minutes of time to make the conversion, while the audience waits “impatiently”.
The intent is to instill confidence in the presenter, and add variety in the startup process, based on the user’s proficiency with the program.
In a lot (most) of cases, it is preferred to have the presentation already in slideshow mode, or view. Whether it is an office talk, church, online or face-to-face, the Edit view is almost useless to the other party(ies) unless there is brainstorming going on. Therefore, getting to the Slideshow view early AND quickly is a highly desired and appreciated trait by the audience. You will look very organized and in command of the software, instead of the other way around.
