В здании 3 этажа, каждый из которых состоит из трёх однотипных помещений, которые раньше использовались в качестве кабинетов и лабораторий. Состояние здания неплохое, есть остатки старой мебели, нет присутствия мародеров, все окна и двери на месте, есть несколько закрытых кабинетов. В здании есть вода и электричество.Предположительно, заброшена с начала 1990-х годов.Принадлежит частным лицам, охраняется пожилым сторожем, который живет неподалеку, и сигнализацией.
