I'm making something that's really viral in my country, Indonesia. Roti Boy Toast // Coffee Toast. RotiBoy is one of the most famous bakeries in Indonesia. And this is the white bread version of Rotiboy. How to make it super easy. It tastes similar to my favorite coffee bread. Especially if given cheese in the middle. Verry delicious!

INGREDIENTS
3-4 Sheets of Bread (adjust)
60 gr Butter / Margarine
50-60 gr Powdered Sugar (adjust to taste)
1 egg
4 gr Coffee Without Dregs (2 sachets of nescafe 2 gr)
15-20 ml of Hot Water for Brewing Coffee
70 gr Wheat Protein Moderate
Creamy cheese (optional)
Enough butter/margarine for greasing
