Erik Busch, the Owner and Head Roaster of LongStory Coffee, was one of the many roasters who attended PRF: Farm Summit’s Sourcing Trip Experience (STE) in Colombia.
“I got the opportunity to spend three days with Cumbres traveling their farms, cupping coffees, and digging deep in to the science and quality behind every plant,” Erik said after the STE.
