What's going on peeps and welcome back to another Halo 3 ODST campaign mod showcase! In this video, we will continue checking out a mod where each kill gives you a new weapon and they get better (subjective) as you go along until you hit the top, then it goes in reverse order. This mod works Solo and Co op with both the Campaign and ODST Firefight. This is ODST Campaign and Firefight Gun Game, created by Yeti!

***Workshop Firefight for ODST is really bad, only 4 of the maps work. If you download off nexus and follow the instructions there, all the maps will work using the "built in" option in game. Another issue with ODST is the linear progression in the campaign doesn't work correctly. You'll have to start each mission separately which wont happen with the nexus version.

After hitting bomb, you go in reverse order.
There's also a mini game if you're playing co op. It will say who's in the lead in a objective notification when someone new takes the lead. It's pretty unintrusive, check the screenshots for an example.
Yeti has made two small quality of life changes as well, one being how much red can cover your screen when you're hurt and the other is removing the low health beeping.
You get two of the same weapon each time, but you'll notice the second one isn't loaded most of the time. The second weapon is meant for when you run out of ammo in the main one.

Why did Yeti choose ODST?
ODST is the only game that tracks the players kills in the campaign. It was added in ODST and removed before reach launched unfortunately.
Does this work co op?
Yes, this work in co op as long as everyone has the mod. It works in the campaign and (odst) firefight.
I didn't spawn with the right weapon?
This can happen depending on how you died, the respawn system in ODST is very lenient and you can respawn instantly after dying. Just like the question above, you can get a kill with a weapon off the ground if you don't have one. Dying again should fix it as well.
