PC Splintercell Blacklist Multiplayer fix - Portchecker
'the splintercell blacklist service is not available at this time' potential fix. This isn't a guide to open your ports... it's just the port checker program that somehow makes online work for Uplay. Yes, Uplay... I couldn't play any uplay games online until I discovered this.. so its fixed splintercell, assassins creed.. far cry... etc.

This is a completely random fix. I'm honestly surprised how the game still won't work after trying so much.. yet opening up this to check the UDP port on 3074 forces the game to somehow work.. amazing stuff.
I doubt this will work for many others because it's.. so random... but if it somehow does make it work, then let me know and enjoy the multiplayer!

Make sure these ports are open on your router:
Game Ports:
TCP: 80, 443
UDP: 3658, 13000-13032, 3074
Uplay PC:
TCP: 13000, 13005, 13200

Windows firewall/AVG disabled whilst doing this. Firewall disabled on router - all just to test this.
