Synopsis: A young girl argues with her older sister summoning the mythical ghost, Mr. Hat, who takes the tongue of the most offensive.
Writer/Director, Phineas O’Brien, 15, is a horror film enthusiast and this is his third film he produced with The Saratoga Film Academy.
