Marques Redd and Mikael Owunna Describe "The Three Sisters" Light Show
Allegheny County, with support from Shiftworks Community + Public Arts, commissioned Marques Redd, Mikael Owunna, and Rainbow Serpent to highlight the Roberto Clemente, Andy Warhol, and Rachel Carson Bridges with a special light show during the 2024 holiday season.
