Quadratic scaling in LoL
Off the top of my head, the only 2 champions in the game that have quadratic scaling are Jinx and Aphelios. There are prob more champs out there that have this trait but I cba trying to find them all.
As I say in the video hurricane isn't always going to be your bis in any given game since you must adapt your build relative to what team you're playing against. The other zeal items have their merit, it's just hurricane is so under built when it shouldn't be.
