2023 - Axelrod's Games of the Year
Another great year in gaming! I played a decent chunk of games throughout the year and in this video, I will highlight five categories of games I played!
** Game of the Year **
A game released this year that I played and enjoyed above all others.
** Favorite Game Played **
Any game played during this year that I enjoyed, excluding game of the year.
** Most Disappointing **
A game that failed to meet my expectations or in some cases, the game I felt was very poor in most crucial categories of game development.
** Honorable Mentions **
These are games that are ranked just below game of the year and narrowly missed the spot for one reason or another.
** Most Anticipated **
Games releasing next year or beyond that I'm looking forward to playing.
For the lazy, my choices were the following:
Game of the Year: The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
Favorite game: Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope
Disappointing Game: Terracotta
Honorable Mentions: Trails Into Reverie, Megaman X: Command Mission, Ephemeral Fantasia
Most Anticipated: Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth
Thanks for watching!
