Scuba Diving Crescent Bay, Laguna Beach (listen for whales)
We saw whales off shore, but not underwater. If you listen carefully, you can hear them. We were scuba diving near Seal Rock on the west side of Crescent Bay, Laguna Beach, California.
Visibility was pretty poor in the shallows along the shore, but got better in the reef between the rocks (where most of this video is filmed)
Shore Visibility: 5-8 feet
Reef Visibility: 15-20 feet
