Read (HEVC) h265 on windows 10 without HEVC plugging - CTRONICS camera

I present to you the solution to play videos recorded in h265 (extension .265) of your CTRONICS CTIPC-285C-Z4 camera (the others too) from your PC without VLC and without the HEVC pluggin (0.99€ on the microsoft store).
This is valid for those who have a windows PC without a hardware decoder in your processor.
This HiP2P Player app can also be used for those who don't have a camera to read any H265 file (1080p)

I also show you how to do it from VLC. (trick to make it work).
All this without Microsoft's HEVC module.
If you want to know which application the .265 file is associated with, launch the command window as administrator, then type:
$assoc .264
.264=264file
If an association exists, it is returned otherwise no value.
To delete an association:
$assoc .264=
