Attached the video showing that the movement of the Y axis to the back will provocate the error on bed temperature, which is indicating -15 (ie no signal), this is due to the cable on which the internal core the the electical cable is broken and the plastic seath is also broken then the link is broken during the movement.

The protective sleeve of the power cable of the bed is too hard and it will bend at a right angle instead of an arc angle causing the core of one or more electric cables and the sheath to rupture. plastic. The breakage of the central electric cable could be avoided if the protection of the power cable of the bed is more flexible ( Nylon Braided Sleeving ) or a cable chain correctly designed.

How to prevent the issue:
Nylon braided sleeving 6mm https://www.aliexpress.com/item/40001...
Cable chain for Artillery :https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:494...

how to repair:
To repair, if you are under warranty, you have the plate replaced. If you are out of warranty, you open the sheath and solder the faulty strands or cable then re-insulate the repaired area and that will be resolved.

00:04 Starting the printer
00:14 The temperature probe works correctly 21° displayed.
0:26 Visualisation de l'arrière du plateau pour observer la courbure du câble
0:45 Move the Y axis, to move the table back and cause the error. The protective sheath in this position will have 2 breaks or obtuse angles, these are the places where the core of the cable wears out and will eventually break.
01:02 The error occurs and then there is no more signal on the bed cable, display -15 indicating loss of electrical signal.
01:12 If I move or I press on the cable in the potential places of fragility (obtuse angles), we can manage to re-contact and have again a signal for the temperature display.
01:52 By pinching the cable and maintaining the tightening, the electrical contact is reestablished and the temperature of the plate is displayed, here 20 degrees.
02:01 If I release the pressure on the cable, the electrical contact is lost in the core of the cable and again an error, here -11
02:06 If I push down on the cable again, 22 degrees then the electrical contact is restored.
02:13 Just by pressing on the cable, the electrical contact is reestablished, which clearly indicates a problem with a break in the temperature probe cable.
02:35 I tighten the cable again and the electrical contact is reestablished, 18 degrees displayed, then lost as soon as I release the pressure on the sheath.
0:02:38 By moving the plate (by making the cable straighter, more obtuse angle) the contact will be restored and the temperature displayed again.
02:56 The cable is straight at the point of the break, electrical contact possible. (indicating that not totally broken, some strands are still in contact),
03:01again the temperature is displayed, 21 degrees
03:08 Now we are going to heat the plate, to determine if only the cable of the probe is defective or the 220V cables too. Let's show that it heats up well if the probe cable is operational, we start at 25 degrees
03:34it heats up, 34 degrees ...
03:4242 degrees...
03:50The cable is straight, (electrical contact ok)
04:00The platen continues to heat as long as the platen (sheath) does not move.
04:15 now I will press on the cable to cause the fault, this time we will have the MINITEMP error
04:23 And now the fault occurs, the probe no longer has an electrical signal,
04:32 and now as the board was heating we have the marlin protection message indicating a fault on the bed, message "MINITEM Triggered, System stopped! Heater_ID: bed". If it was not heating, we would only have the plateau temperature indication -15 (no signal). Now you have to turn off the printer to redo the tests because system stopped so the displayed temperature is not updated, hence the 57/60 degrees.

The solutions to prevent the fault:
04:38 Two solutions exist to prevent the fault, change the excessively rigid protective sheath with a more flexible braided sheath, or add a cable carrier chain which no longer causes an obtuse angle in the bend of the heating plate cable.

Two ways to repair it: Warranty (change bed), or solder the cable broken.
04:40 To repair, if you are under warranty, you have the plate replaced. If you are out of warranty, you open the sheath and solder the faulty strands then re-insulate the repaired area and that will be resolved.
