Alpha Warrior: "Alcatraz: Broken Bars" obstacle
Alcatraz is really 5 obstacles in one, but this portion is the one that I considered to be the biggest challenge when I did my walk through. Knowing how well I did on the other "hanging" obstacles, I felt pretty confident I could handle this one.
