How to Factory Reset Cisco 9800 Phones - Webex Calling
In this video, we look at how to factory reset an 9800 series phone. In my case I'm using a 9851 but anything in the 9800 family such as the 9841, 9851 and 9861. This procedure is best used when you cannot gain access to the menu to reset. It is a hard reset and will wipe all settings using the reset key sequence.
