ESO | The Final Assault - Open The Library Gate Quest | Workaround [NA EP] [HD]
This quest is bugged at the moment. But you can do it anyway using this workaround:
Try jumping to the left (while facing the brazier) then whilst in mid-air turn the mouse to face it and press E (this sometimes enables you to interact with it)
