How do you transform a small 10'x20' exhibit space into an eye-catching Trade show booth that drives conversation and engagement?
This was the challenge brought to Airborne Visuals @Airbornevisuals a few weeks prior to upcoming SupplySideWest 23 by exhibitor Kensing, LLC a leading manufacturer of natural vitamin E, plant sterols and high-purity surfactants.
How did we do it?
#1 BUILD a High Resolution Video wall
We built the 20'x8' LED Video backwall using high resolution P2.6 tiles. As per Juridiction and Labor rules Mandalay Bay Convention center, we used a combination of union crews electricians and teamsters along with our local Las Vegas partner expert LED Tech crew.
#2 LOOP a beautiful Video on the BIG WALL.
Our partner @ThePepperGroup put together engaging marketing contents in a looping video to play for 2 mins. This was a similar setup as the previous Kensing #ledvideowall booths we have been doing in New York, Las Vegas but also in Paris hashtag#incosmetics, Barcelona, Geneva and upcoming hashtag#fieurope expo in 3 weeks in Frankfurt.
#3 CREATE 3D Forced Perspective clip.
We created a short 3D animation based on Kensing CMO Manal Sarris original idea of a 3D heart beating. This is known as anamorphic illusion or forced perspective. It’s a trick of perspective that fools the brain into seeing 2D objects in 3D.
#4 ENGAGEMENT increases
Client loved it! From CEO and Senior executives to an intrigued audience, this SMALL addition created a BIG IMPACT by driving engagement and conversations.
